  2. Shop the same great deals! When you're ready, ‘Proceed to checkout’ and select Pick up in store’ as shipping method. Enter your contact information and ‘Proceed to payment’.

  2. When your order is all readyyou’ll receive a pick up notice.

Pick up at your chosen location

  1. Once you receive your pick up notice, visit your store and provide your order details at the check out.
  2. We accept credit cards, debit, Kitchen Stuff Plus Gift Cards, and cash.
  1. Once you receive your pick up notice, visit your store’s curbside pick up spot and provide your order details to receive your items.
  2. A quick tap at the door to pay for your order and you’re off!

Here's a quick step-by-step

*While it is our intention to have your order ready on the same day within this timeline, your order is subject to store operating hours and the store's capacity to fulfill each order with stock on hand. Delays should be expected during peak shopping days. Please place your order by 4pm for same day pick up (orders placed after 4pm may be ready next day).

FURNITURE

When ordering furniture online with Click & Collect, once your order has been placed and confirmed, we will have your items transferred from our Distribution Centre, and then call you when it is ready for pick up (at your chosen store). For most furniture items, this may take 5 - 7 days. Some furniture items may be kept in stock in-store – in this case they may be available for same day pick up.

**RETURNS

FAMILY DAY: Monday February 15, 2021. All stores will be closed for Click & Collect Pick Up.

All stores are now open, and regular Return Policies still apply.

Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are open as of June 30 – we will extend the return policy at these locations until July 30, 2021. Our regular return policies still apply.

We will accept returns for any purchases made between April 8, 2021 and June 11, 2021, until July 11, 2021. Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time. We will extend the return policy at these locations until 1 month after these stores reopen, or you are welcome to return your purchase at any other location. Our regular return policies still apply.

RETURNS: Our Cloverdale Mall store does not have storefront pick up, therefore we cannot accommodate returns, and can only accept debit or credit card for payment at this time (at this locations). Our stores at Eastgate Mall, Erin Mills Mall, Bramalea City Centre, Pen Centre, Scarborough Town Centre, Cookstown Outlet, and White Oaks Mall are temporarily closed, therefore we cannot accommodate returns at these locations at this time.
