This has worked great for me. Gives me more room for other things and it stays clean, no crumbs.

I use this tray for spoons & forks (2 sizes of each) from one of my cutlery sets, and the larger Joseph Cutlery Tray (with the added 'utensil gadget' space) for my other cutlery set; knives from both sets fit perfectly in one of the extra 'gadget' spaces in the larger tray ... and I still have room for all my serving pieces too!
