because it's supposed to last for a month. I figured if something is sitting there, it has potential to cause clogs, so before opening the pack I decided to google the product. The reviews are horrific! I've never seen so many bad reviews, many people claiming that these things caused much damage--clogs that required plumbers. I meant to print out the reviews and take them into the store to show them because I don't think this is a product that Kitchen Stuff Plus should be selling but I never got around to it. I wasted my $14 but don't waste yours. At least check out the reviews on amazon first and be forewarned. I would give this product a negative star if I could have.
